Ayesha found a younger pupil crying beside a torn schoolbag. She was late for a club meeting, but she stopped to help. Together they collected the scattered books. Ayesha used a spare ribbon to hold the bag closed and walked the child to class. The next morning, the child brought her a small thank-you card. Ayesha kept it above her desk. She had missed a meeting, but she had gained a friend. Plan: problem → helpful action → result → lesson. Kindness begins when we notice another person’s need.
